The Problem
When setting up Directory Sync, Mio admin are forced to use groups within a single Entra ID tenant to define which chat platform each user will use. This solution is rigid and doesn’t give Mio admins the flexibility to define their user groups where the groups make the most sense to the admins.
The Solution
Mio will allow admins to manage their user groups from Entra ID, Google Cloud Service Directory (GCSD), or both. This gives Mio admins the flexibility to define their user groups in a manner which makes the most sense for their unique deployment.
