The Problem
Mio’s current channel sync solution is led by the Mio administrator, giving them full control over which channels are synced. However, that isn’t always practical for larger organizations. Syncing thousands of channels is labor intensive and knowing which channels to sync can be challenging.
The Solution
When a cross-platform user is added to a team, channel, or space, Mio will automatically sync that channel to the other platform. This will allow users to connect channels on demand without any admin overhead.
